Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not request service or use the website.

Services

Scoop Pros CT provides professional dog waste removal and pooper scooper services for residential properties in Shelton, Monroe, Trumbull, and Easton in Fairfield County. Service details, including frequency and scope, are confirmed at the time of quote approval.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for any property where access is unsafe, pets are aggressive, or conditions prevent safe and effective cleanup.

Scheduling

Service days are assigned by Scoop Pros CT based on route scheduling and are not selected by the customer. We will communicate your scheduled service day after your quote is approved. Reasonable access to the yard must be provided on scheduled service days.

Billing & Payment

Services are pre-billed upfront at the beginning of each four-week service period. Payment is due before service begins and is not a monthly or recurring charge.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Zelle
• Venmo
• Check
• Cash

Prices are based on yard size and number of dogs and are confirmed in your quote. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if property conditions differ from the information provided.

Cancellation & Refunds

There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel service at any time by contacting Scoop Pros CT. Because services are pre-billed for a four-week period, refunds for unused services within a paid period are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Scoop Pros CT reserves the right to cancel service at any time, with a prorated refund for any prepaid services not yet rendered.

Limitation of Liability

Scoop Pros CT is not liable for damage to property, landscaping, irrigation systems, or personal items that are not clearly visible or disclosed prior to service. We are not responsible for injury to pets or persons resulting from conditions on the property. Customers are responsible for securing pets and disclosing any hazards before service.
