We can work with locked gates. You can provide us with a gate code, leave a key in a lockbox, or we can coordinate a schedule that works with your availability. We'll discuss the best option during your initial consultation to keep your pets secure.

What if I have multiple dogs?

We service yards with any number of dogs. Our pricing takes into account the number of dogs you have, as more dogs typically means more waste, but our priority is always making sure the yard is sanitary and safe for all your furry friends.

Do I have to be home?

No, you don't need to be home. Most of our customers are at work when we service their yards. We'll access your yard securely and send you a Secure Gate Check + Photo Confirmation when we're done.

What happens if it rains?

We service yards rain or shine. We only reschedule in extreme weather conditions like heavy storms or snow. If we need to reschedule, we'll contact you and make up the service as soon as possible.

Do you clean year-round?

Yes, we provide service year-round, including winter months. Dog waste doesn't take a break, and neither do we. We adjust our schedule during heavy snow but maintain regular service throughout the year.

Can I change my service frequency?

Absolutely. You can adjust your service frequency anytime. If you find weekly service is too much or not enough, just let us know and we'll adjust your schedule without any penalties.

How do cancellations work?

There are no long-term contracts, so you can cancel anytime by phone or text — no penalties and no hidden cancellation fees. Service is pre-billed every 4 weeks, so if you cancel mid-cycle we'll either complete the remaining visits you've already paid for or issue a prorated refund for any unperformed cleanups upon request.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Shelton, Monroe, Trumbull, and Easton, plus select inland neighborhoods of Stratford near the Shelton and Trumbull lines. If you're not sure whether your neighborhood is covered, just reach out and we'll let you know.

No contracts required. We believe in earning your business every single visit. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or hidden cancellation fees. Just give us a heads up.

How do I pay?

Payment is collected every 4 weeks at the start of each service cycle — before I begin cleaning. I accept Zelle, Venmo, check, and cash. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. You'll always know the price before service starts.

What happens to the dog waste after service?

Pet waste is securely bagged after each cleanup. We can leave the sealed bag in your designated trash area, or haul it away for an additional fee.

What if my yard hasn't been cleaned in a while?

Accepted Answer

No problem at all! If it's been a while since your yard was cleaned, an initial cleanup may be required before recurring service begins. Initial cleanups start at $75 and vary based on yard size, number of dogs, and how long it's been since the last cleanup. Once the yard is caught up, your regular weekly rate takes over.
